Here are the retail parks in Plovdiv:
1. ParkMaxx Retail Park
This is one of the largest retail centers in the country and the biggest in Plovdiv. It is located between “Kuklensko Shose” Blvd. and “Industrialna” Steet, in the “Kyuchuk Paris” district. The first store opened in November 2024, and there is a diversity of renters, including LIDL, Technomarket, Nike, Under Armour, DM, JYSK, and others. It offers over 350 parking spaces, a 3000 sq.m. fitness center, a children’s center, and various dining establishments.
2. Retail Park Plovdiv (Landmark)
Retail Park Plovdiv is the first international-format retail park in Bulgaria, notable for the size of its retail space and the opportunity for affordable family shopping. It is located at “Mendeleev” Blvd. № B2, near the “Trakia” residential complex, covering an area of 42 500 sq.m., of which 26 400 sq.m. is retail space. Its tenants include international chains such as HomeMax, LIDL, LC Waikiki, Deichmann, DM, Happy Bar & Grill, Panda, Martineli furniture store, and the sports goods chain Sport Depot. It offers easy access and parking for around 450 vehicles.
3. VIA North Retail Park
This is a modern, convenient, and well-organized complex with a rich mix of globally known brands. It opened in late 2023 and its key location and well-planned parking with spacious spots quickly made it one of the most preferred shopping destinations. It also features a cozy café with a lovely atmosphere. The retail park is located in the northern part of Plovdiv, on “Vasil Levski” Blvd. “VIA North” offers a large parking lot with 320 parking spots and 5 supercharging stations by Eldrive Bulgaria.
4. VIA Park
Located at the intersection of “Alexander Stamboliyski” Blvd. and “Komatevsko Shose”. It features stores such as Billa, Pepco, Sport Depot, Lilly, and others. It has a parking area with about 310 spots and 5000 sq.m. of office space.
5. Raikov Retail Park
Situated in the “Kyuchuk Paris” district, adjacent to Lidl and Kaufland. It officially opened on August 30th 2018, and currently offers a variety of retail outlets, including DM, Pepco, a casino, Panda stores, and more.
6. XOPark Plovdiv
XOPark Plovdiv is strategically located in the northern part of the city on the key roadway “Bulgaria” Blvd. Due to its convenient location, the retail park serves all the smaller settlements northwest of Plovdiv. Within walking distance is one of the fastest-growing residential areas – “Zaharna Fabrika” complex. It offers over 8000 sq.m. of retail space.
